To celebrate and as a treat, we went out for ice cream.  We rarely keep junk foods in the house.  Sometimes they make their way in if we have out of town guests or someone gives us some, but most of the time they are not allowed in. The reason being that you can really sabotage yourself if you know it is a trigger food for you and it&#8217;s in the freezer or pantry.  Trigger foods cause binging.  For myself, I have to keep baked goods out of the house.  I can&#8217;t have just one brownie or cookie.  Once I&#8217;ve [&#8230;] [...]</description>
